Affiliate Specialist (Tiktok)

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced TikTok Affiliate Specialist to lead our influencer marketing efforts. The primary focus of this role is to identify, recruit, and manage TikTok affiliates to drive brand awareness and sales growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and onboard potential TikTok creators and affiliates to join our affiliate program.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a database of KOLs and KOCs.
3. Manage the end-to-end execution of affiliate campaigns, including sample distribution and content tracking.
4. Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data to optimize commission structures and ROI.
5. Stay updated on the latest TikTok Shop trends and competitor strategies to maintain a market advantage.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in TikTok Shop operations or Influencer Marketing/Management.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively close deals with creators.
3. Candidates with an existing network or database of affiliates/MCNs will be given priority.
4. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
5. In-depth understanding of TikTok algorithms and Affiliate Marketing workflows.
