Position Title : Assistant Manager, Creative Management

Job Responsibilities :-

• Responsible for the creative design for brand communication, advertising and promotions for the brand and company.
• The creative design development includes creative thinking to generate concept, preparing draft and generating the final output in the form of visuals – static and non-static.
• Apart from managing own design projects, also to support with design outputs from his/her superior.
• To work closely with other creative peers (if any) to ensure the design for various projects are aligned to the brand image and campaign.
• Participate in the ideation and development concept of the overall brand management and marketing activities of the company
• Assisting in photography and video recording for internal events and usage will be required.
• Support in managing and maintaining the organizing and filling of creative assets of the organization.
• Coordinating with other creatives like artists or photographers for necessary elements and as and when required.

Job Requirements :-

• Must have minimum 6 years working experience in Creative Designing in an creative agency or client.
• Able to use Adobe Software (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro) and Figma.
• Photography and video editing skills will be value added.
• Copywriting skills will be value added.
• Able to work with tight deadline and fast-faced environment.
