What you’ll do

• Support the maintenance of a high-quality portfolio of attraction, tour, transportation and activity (Things To Do) products for Klook’s rapidly growing, global customer base.

• Acquisition: Support acquisition of a diverse range of merchants across different industries. Own onboarding of products and coordinating with merchants, operations, content, finance, and quality control teams.

• Optimization: Continuously ensure the quality of products, in terms of pricing, inventory, and content, and maintain a market-leading position at all times.

• Coordination: Work closely with various functions in the company - marketing to maximize sales, supplier operations to improve efficiency, customer services to drive satisfaction and repeats. Flexibility and attentiveness to detail are essential in our fast-paced environment.

• Market updates: Provide market leaders with relevant information on identifying market trends and competitor updates.

What you’ll need

• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships across all levels and effectively adapts to varied situations.

• Operational excellence mind-set and experience. Data driven. Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Korean and English

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills - able to use data to develop and measure results

• University graduate; Interest in e-commerce, travel, and/or technology

• Consistently strives for strong performance; Professional and has a thirst for excellence

• Team Player with the ability to work across global teams in a fast paced environment and constantly evolving environment

• This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur
