Business Analyst

Project Management:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project cycles, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshooting issues to ensure project success.

• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, surveys, workshops, and studying existing documents and systems.
• Analyze data and processes to recommend improvements and efficiencies.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in client workflows.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications.

• Maintain clear and open communication channels with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adapt communication style to suit different audiences and situations.

• Possess hands-on experience with ERP products and demonstrate a strong understanding of their functionalities.
• Provide insights into market trends and industry best practices related to ERP solutions.
• Conduct thorough gap analysis to identify discrepancies between client requirements and ERP capabilities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to customize ERP solutions according to client needs.

• Possess a basic understanding of technical concepts to facilitate communication with development teams.
• Comfortable navigating technical documentation and understanding system architectures.

• Utilize financial acumen to understand client budgets and recommend solutions to enhance or customize ERP products.
• Assist clients in optimizing their budgets for subscribing to our services.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to enhance project profitability.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and business analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP products and understanding of business and market trends.
• Background in auditing/finance is a plus.
• Basic technical skills and the ability to liaise effectively with technical teams.
