1. Team Leadership & Performance Management 团队领导与业绩管理

  1. Team Guidance & Coaching: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Acquisition Specialists to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly submission and revenue targets.
  2. 团队带教与激励: 领导、指导并激励学术邀约团队,确保并超越月度及季度论文征集量和营收目标。
  3. KPI Tracking: Monitor team performance metrics, including outreach volumes, response rates, and conversion pipelines implement corrective strategies where necessary.
  4. KPI指标追踪: 实时监控团队的各项业绩指标(包括邮件触达量、回复率、转化漏斗等),并对业绩未达标的环节及时调整策略。
  5. Workflow Optimization: Standardize outreach scripts, email templates, and sales workflows to maximize team conversion rates.
  6. 流程标准化: 统一并优化团队的邀约话术、邮件模板及跟进流程,以最大化提升团队的整体转化率。

2. Proactive Sales & New Account Acquisition 主动销售与新客户/机构开拓

  1. Strategic Market Expansion: Drive proactive sales strategies to penetrate new academic disciplines, research institutions, and global geographical markets.
  2. 战略市场扩张: 制定并推行主动销售策略,全面打入新的学术领域、科研机构及全球海外市场。
  3. Institutional Account Opening: Identify, pitch, and secure high-value B2B opportunities, university faculty agreements, or bulk journal submission accounts.
  4. 机构大客户开发: 突破单一学者邀约,积极寻找并促成与高校院所、科研机构的B2B战略合作或大宗投稿协议。
  5. High-Value Negotiation: Personally handle complex inquiries, overcome objections, and close deals with senior scholars and institutional heads.
  6. 高端商务谈判: 亲自跟进高价值客户,解决资深学者或机构负责人的核心诉求与疑虑,促成最终合作。

3. Lead Generation & Campaign Strategy 资源挖掘与渠道营销策略

  1. Data-Driven Targeting: Direct the team’s data mining and lead extraction strategies across major global academic databases (including Scopus, EI, and SCI).
  2. 数据驱动定位: 指导团队利用全球核心学术数据库(如 Scopus, EI, SCI 等)进行精准的数据挖掘与学者信息提取,确保销售管道(Pipeline)的源头质量。
  3. Campaign Architecture: Design and oversee high-volume, targeted email marketing campaigns to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  4. 营销活动规划: 设计并监督高体量、精准化的邮件营销方案,确保邀约信息的触达率与吸引力。

4. Operational & Revenue Oversight 运营闭环与营收合规管理

  1. End-to-End Coordination: Supervise the entire author journey—from initial manuscript submission and peer-review tracking to final publication.
  2. 全流程跟进监督: 监督团队管理作者从最初的论文提交、同行评审进度追踪到最终录用发表的完整生命周期。
  3. APC Collection Accountability: Take ownership of the team’s collection of Article Processing Charges (APCs), tracking billing workflows and ensuring revenue targets are met.
  4. 版面费(APC)追缴与合规: 对团队的整体版面费(Article Processing Charges)回款指标负责,监控财务对账流程,确保收入及时落袋。

5. Database Management & Reporting 数据资产管理与高层汇报

  1. Data Integrity: Ensure the team maintains a rigorous, clean database of global scholar leads and communication histories.
  2. 数据准确性: 督导团队对全球学者资源、沟通日志和客户档案进行严格、系统化的信息化管理。
  3. Executive Reporting: Analyze pipeline metrics and market trends to deliver actionable reports directly to senior leadership.
  4. 管理层汇报: 定期分析销售数据、转化趋势及市场反馈,为高层管理团队提供具建设性的战略汇报与决策依据。
