• Manage a high volume of daily inquiries from multiple channels.
• Assist students with course selection and enrollment process.
• Handle payment transactions.
• Distribute monthly student progress reports on time.
• Communicate student progress reports to help parents better understand the learning progress.
• Perform student retention evaluations to help borderline students drop out.
• Manage daily social media accounts and create engaging content.

• You have the academic background in Marketing/ Management/ Business/ Public Relations/ Advertising/ Multimedia/ Psychology or equivalent or related field.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with students and parents.
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
• Experience in telemarketing or customer outreach.
• Excel in with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• You have technical skills in creating a range of designs, including the usage of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing, and animation.
• Short video editing and animation skills.
• You can work well with multiple and challenging projects at one time.
• You can work flexible hours.
• Having the entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) environment.
