• Constantly propose new ideas to improve the online / on ground marketing event or activation planning and implementation process.
• Prepare event proposal in power point format to share to clients.
• Conduct research, make client site visits, and find new idea resources related to the event management.
• Establish new brand partner that help enable / enhance the event execution result.
• Communicating, maintaining and developing good client relationships.
• Responsible in all aspect of an event from conceptualize to event production, includes planning, pitching and executing with multi department supports.
• Responsible in servicing / maintaining existing client accounts and establishing new clients accounts.
• Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Serve as liaison with vendors / stakeholders on event-related matters.
• Update sales report for monthly, quarterly and yearly planning.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication or equivalent.
• Able to work immediately will be added advantage.
