Digital Content Creator Lead

As the Lead Digital Content Creator, you will spearhead our innovative digital project, focused on creating compelling, AI-generated content for our project. You'll drive the creative vision, strategy, and execution of digital content, ensuring consistency and high quality across all media. Your role involves collaborating closely with the team, overseeing the content production process, and ensuring the content is engaging and authentic to our target audience. Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative direction and strategy for digital content, ensuring alignment with our brand's vision and audience engagement goals.
• Manage and oversee the production of AI-generated content, including images, videos, and animations, maintaining a consistent and high-quality content.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure timely and effective content creation and publication.
• Oversee social media strategy, content scheduling, and analytics, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics and audience feedback.
• Lead team meetings, providing direction, feedback, and support to achieve project goals.
• Stay abreast of trends in AI technology, social media, and digital content creation, incorporating innovative approaches into our strategy.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in AI content generation tools and platforms, and in-depth knowledge of image and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
