Digital Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on diverse social media platforms, exploring optimal strategies for advertisement within their stipulated terms and conditions.
• Formulate comprehensive strategies derived from research findings and present actionable plans to the Head of Department for implementation.
• Assist in the creation and curation of engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, to enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audience.
• Collaborate with the Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to manage day-to-day social media activities, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement.
• Oversee the execution and testing of content on social media platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  Stay updated with industry trends and evolving social media platform algorithms to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance, providing regular reports to Country General Manager.
• Continuously innovate and explore new approaches to enhance digital marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing.
• Must be multilingual(able to speak and write Chinese).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics.
• Proficiency in social media platform dynamics and advertising policies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in basic video editing software/tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
