Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing - Develop an informative subscription email marketing plan (newsletter)
- SEO Marketing - Improve website traffic and SEO performance.
- Social Media Marketing - Plan and execute social marketing calendar.
- Paid Marketing / SEM - Direct paid advertising activities and develop creative, consistent brand-specific ad campaigns.
- Data Analytics - Interpret and gather web analytics research about the company's consumers and buying habits to identify target audiences and prepare strategies for success in marketing campaigns with a positive impact on sales outcomes.
- Content Marketing - Maintain blogsite.
- Plan and execute influential marketing collaborations.
- Analyse trends, sales leads, reports, and eDM campaigns
- Coordinate and work closely with creative, sales, marketing, IT, and other relevant departments.
- Increase online and in-shop product sales.
- Manage timelines and budget.

Requirements:
- Solid hands-on experience in marketing planning and strategy
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Proficient in copywriting
- Familiar and fluent with marketing tools including SEM / Google Analytics / Mailchimp etc.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (In order to oversee and execute Campaigns, Newsletter, Social Media in both languages)
- In-depth working knowledge of popular social media platforms
- Able to brainstorm with good creative content.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
