Job Description

E commerce:

• Develop, implement and drive the E commerce strategy for Menarini products
• Responsible on E commerce target (Menarini/Retailers)
• Short and long term budget and resource planning
• Analyze, evaluate and propose strategies for continuous improvement on E-Com/Retailer current process and execution
• Conduct targeted market analysis through category market intelligence, own brand performance tracking and competitors
• Ensure timely execution and effectively communicate the progress to all relevant stakeholders
• Responsible for e commerce campaign planning & execution with close cooperation with commercial team and agencies
• Monitor e-commerce market trend and develop new growth opportunity for the business
• Explore opportunity and drive campaigns execution in telemedicine platform
• Manage and control parallel importers and fake products if any
• Manage price sensitivity for E commerce (Menarini/Retailers) versus offline channels to minimize possible business impact
• Collaborate with Commercial Leaders and Product Managers to maximize impact on strategy and pricing proposal for E-commerce
• Work closely with regional office to drive eCommerce growth objective
• Adhere to Menarini’s core values and compliance

Marketing:

• Responsible for developing the product strategic planning, executing and monitoring all marketing and communications plans, programs and activities in support of the business to develop and strengthen market positioning and enhance profitability for the Company’s products and services in existing and new businesses.
• Achieve sales budget and product profit goals within allocated marketing resources, including achievement of targeted market share.
• Manage A&P budgets for assigned brands effectively.
• Responsible for sales and inventory forecast planning and monitoring.
• Conduct product training to internal and external parties when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mainly e-commerce/e-health and digital marketing additionally in a brand-centered company
• Have a strong analytical/strategic mindset and data-based approach
• Have a strong ownership and passion to win
• Proven track record in managing agency partnerships as well as successfully managing internal and external stakeholders
• Good network in e-commerce business
• GA certification will be plus
• Digital marketing experience and background in healthcare products will be plus
• Having experience in deploying performance marketing will be plus
• Sound understanding and execution on media’s role in generating sales
• Have product marketing experience especially in consumer health and OTC category
