Digital Marketing Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at IJM Corporation Berhad. This is a full-time remote work position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, open to individuals at an entry-level seniority with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions on our digital platforms - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram - Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers - Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve our strategies

Requirements: - Resourceful and passionate individual who is eager to learn and grow in the digital marketing field - Strong research skills to gather insights and identify opportunities for improvement - Excellent presentation skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and content management systems - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
