• Minimum 1 year of management of Paid advertising
• Excellent copywriting skills (No pidgin English please ok?)
• Proven ability to manage campaigns
• Speak good English
• Manage client performance and reporting
• Experience in instilling discipline in team, KPI performance, reporting and structure
• Performance marketing (KPI focused on sales/ leads) experience (Branding, awareness campaigns are not our focus) highly appreciated
• Data and experiment focused
• Experience running A/B tests
• Google Adwords individual certified
• Google Analytics Certified Individual
