As a Digital Marketing Campaign Consultant, you will be working with our Global Internet Leader Account to deliver #happier customer experience. Devise and run marketing campaigns for products, services or events that target consumers or other businesses. Usually working under a head of marketing but managing a marketing team, campaign managers oversee campaigns in a variety of formats. You are also required to perform these job functions:
● To manage and optimize existing AdWords (PPC) campaign components including, but not limited to – Ad Copy, Bid Prices, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research, etc.
● To help create and implementation of PPC strategies including keyword research and analysis.
● To create performance reports with recommendations for improvements.
● Tracking of funds in account and maintaining conversation.
● Knack of implementation new technologies automation capabilities that enhance SEM efforts.
● Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX.

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role OR experienced in coaching, training, or educating in a sales environment
• Excited to work with evolving and emerging technology products
• Is analytical and has a logical mindset
• Has strong communicative skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions
• Works in an organized and structured manner
• Has experience within sales
• Is passionate about sales and has a genuine interest for online marketing
• Has a creative mindset and a good understanding of customer needs
