Job Responsible
. Manage the development and execution of regional digital marketing programs, including SEO/SEM, marketing automation, social media, website and online advertising campaigns.
. Launch optimize online adverts through (Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, media buying etc.) to increase company and brand awareness.
. Plan, manage and optimize advertising budget across all digital platforms.
. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROIs & KPIs) with the budget given.
. Work closely with multimedia designers for any preparation and roll out of digital creative assets.
. Manage various online community platforms and social media on a daily basis.
. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
. Explore new functions of the platforms and propose new engagement posts accordingly.
. Monitor campaign results, compile learnings and modify plans to further enhance the campaign result and achieve the campaign's KPI (e.g. contingency plan).
. Monitor competitor's Social Media activities, results and provide adequate analysis.
. Plan, request and utilize online & offline budgets.
. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
. Identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and choose the most effective digital channels and tactics to reach potential customers.
. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
Requirement
. Possesses at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business Studies or equivalent.
. At least 5years of working experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on demand generation, project management and ROI-demand marketing campaigns.
. Experience measuring performance, creating dashboards, and drawing insights for further optimization, using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, etc.
. Team player, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
. Great interpersonal and communication skills. Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
