Job Description

• Carrying out the day-to-day HR activities of an organization.
• Maintain the accuracy of employee files and databases.
• Assist in the implementation of company policies.
• Prepare Letters / Documents / Reports etc.
• Assist with all aspects of daily HR operations including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, payroll, Foreign Workers, KPI, Disciplinary and etc.
• Prepare, and update Process flow and SOP.
• Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.

• Possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma.
• Aggressive.
• Result-driven.
• Able to demonstrate professional work ethic
• Good time management and Stress management.
• Willing to standby all the time for Adhoc stuff.
• Resourceful, meeting deadlines, ability to work independently and good team player.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• Required Skill(s): Communication Skills, Multi-lingua, Mixed well with all levels of employees.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and able to work in a team.
• Malaysian only.
