Export Marketing Executive

ey Responsibilities

1. Market Expansion & Lead Generation
2. Identify, target, and acquire new overseas B2B buyers, distributors, and retail chains for Readycare finished goods and OEM/ODM manufacturing.
3. Conduct international market research to evaluate trade regulations, competitor pricing, and demand for sustainable FMCG products.
4. Account Management & Sales Execution
5. Manage relationships with international buyers, from initial inquiry and product presentation to deal closing.
6. Coordinate trade shows, export exhibitions, and business matching events to promote Readycare products.
7. Regulatory & Compliance Alignment
8. Ensure product labels and compliance certifications meet destination market standards (e.g., GHS compliance, local import permits, and chemical registrations).

Key Requirements

1. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in export sales, international business development, or overseas trade, preferably in FMCG, household cleaning, personal care, or chemical products.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3. Skills & Knowledge:
4. Solid understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms 2020), customs clearance procedures, and shipping documentation.
5. Strong business negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
6. Languages: Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Fluency in Mandarin or other foreign languages is an added advantage for regional market coverage).
7. Travel: Willingness to travel internationally for business trips and trade fairs as required.
