Graphic Designer

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and versatile individual to join our team as a Graphic
Designer cum Photographer. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing
visually appealing designs for various digital and print media, as well as capturing high-quality
photographs to support our marketing and branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design:

Create captivating designs for marketing materials, including but not limited to
brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and advertisements.
Develop visually appealing layouts and graphics that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute design concepts that resonate with target audiences.
Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet quality standards

2. Photography:
Capture high-quality images that effectively showcase products, events, and brand initiatives.
Utilize various photography techniques and equipment to achieve desired outcomes.
Edit and retouch photos to enhance their visual appeal and maintain brand consistency.
Organize and maintain a digital library of photos for easy accessibility by team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photography to continually enhance skills and techniques.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members, including Marketing Communications, E-
Commerce, to ensure cohesive and integrated design and photography solutions.
Actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to drive projects forward.
Adapt to feedback and make revisions to designs and photographs as necessary.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in graphic design and photography, with a portfolio showcasing creative and professional work.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign) and familiarity with photography editing tools.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Photography skills, including composition, lighting, and post-processing techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and business needs.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, photography, visual arts, or a related field.
