Graphic Designer - Remote

We're in search of a Graphic Designer who can skillfully transform concepts and ideas into compelling visual representations across both print and electronic media. The perfect candidate should possess an expert command of contemporary design software and excel at every facet of the design process, from conception to final output.

Collaborating seamlessly with various teams within the organization, the Graphic Designer will translate verbal or written concepts into designs that establish connections. This individual will demonstrate a comprehensive grasp of branding and marketing, adeptly choosing the right style and layout for each project.

Objectives of this Role:

• Tackle a diverse array of projects and media using a variety of software tools to craft innovative graphic designs that align with business objectives.
• Gather input from managers to ensure designs adhere to organizational standards and brand expectations, accurately convey ideas, and represent the company or clients effectively.
• Work independently and collaboratively with the marketing team to meet deadlines, adhere to budget constraints, and schedule project execution based on workload, which might involve managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and devise solutions that enhance design capabilities.
• Maintain and update internal databases for designs, photography, and video.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with diverse teams or clients on an extensive range of materials, including but not limited to web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Translate strategic directives into exceptional design while adhering to established brand identity.
• Generate concepts manually or using software, and execute original content by thoughtfully incorporating color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
• Oversee design creation and uploading processes for all project materials, following content management system best practices.
• Employ trend insights and a thorough understanding of current and historical markets when crafting designs within specific classifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Exceptional creativity and prowess in innovative design.
• Experience with design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills, crucial for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to continuously expand skill set through education and training.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications: (Bonus)

• Past graphic design experience, preferably within a creative or marketing agency will be preferred.
• Diploma's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in photography and photo-editing software.
