Description

• Possess a bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting and/or Professionally Qualified (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW and etc)
• Experienced in group reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, treasury, cash management, financial modelling, valuation, funding, project financing and etc
• Must possess strong industry expertise in Property / Construction

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid industry knowledge of property / construction
• Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lead a team will be necessary
