We are seeking a proactive Head of International Marketing to join our productive team at KOLEJ UNIKOP in Cyberjaya, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and manage strategies for the recruitment of international students 
• Lead, monitor and measure recruitment performance of the staffs and ensure targets are met for the various intakes.
• Provide input production of marketing materials from concept to completion, ensuring they are clear, concise, and visually appealing.
• Provide comprehensive advice, guidance, and information, such as admissions requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and accommodation to prospective and existing students and parents.
• Coordinate and manage application processing and document management for students.
• To cultivate a good working relationship with the Recruitment Agent
• To conduct talks, workshops, and webinars to enhance our international education brand awareness.
• Work closely with the IT Team for promotional events and campaigns via digital & print media to assist in the recruitment of International students.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial level (student recruitment)
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media and email marketing.
• Able to travel (Out of Malaysia) to events' locations. 
• Good presentation skills in English.
• An interest in people, and the ability to cultivate good working relationships with agents and corporate clients.
• Foreign National with a proven record are welcome to apply
