To meet its regional expansion plan, an established F&B Group is looking for suitable candidates to fill the following position:-

Manager, Business Development Franchise Support (Overseas)

Location: Central

Responsibilities:-

• Perform franchise support activities for overseas franchise partners
• Conduct meticulous store audits to ensure top-notch food quality and service standards
• Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with a variety of stakeholders 
• Strategize and implement business development plans to successfully meet revenue and profit objectives
• Lead the initiation and negotiation of franchise contracts to establish mutually beneficial agreements
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to deliver effective business solutions

Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business or Marketing.
• At least 5 years of working experience in related field. F&B background will be preferred. 
• Possess strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Good organisational skills, personal time management and keen attention to details.
• Strong oral and written interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to travel overseas for business assignments at short notice.
