JOB SUMMARY
Define the operational implementation of EPF's capability development framework via management of the Leadership and Job Specific competencies modeling to ensure the development of EPF's future-ready talent is on track.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Design & Develop
- Design and develop a fit-for-purpose Leadership Competency Framework (LCF) toward supporting the inculcation of EPF's Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Core Values (PVMV).
- Evaluate Future Leadership behaviors that envision EPF's PVMV.
- Develop and manage the Leadership Competency Dictionary and competency profiles for EPF.
2.Map and Assess
- Ensure that the Leadership Competencies developed are mapped against the respective job grouping by defining their key role and impact factors.
- Design and propose the foundation for the Leadership Competencies assessment that will form the baseline for development.
- Ensure consistent and on-time assessment time frame for the Leadership Competencies assessment deployment in line with the LCF.
3.Analyze and Develop
- Develop robust data analytics in sifting through the assessment outcome.
- To analyze the yearly assessed Leadership Competencies outcome.
- To work in partnership with EPF Learning Campus (ELC) by providing key Leadership Competencies gaps of identified staff groups for them to design appropriate development solutions to address those gaps.
4.Enhance
- Review the effectiveness and relevancy of the developed Leadership Competencies dictionary periodically.
- Keep abreast of any new methodologies and approaches by performing market research and benchmarking.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Malaysian citizen.
- Pass Malay Language including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent as recognized by the Malaysia Government
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Literature / TESL / or related fields from any local or overseas universities which recognised by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)
- At least a minimum of 10 years of working experience in HR-related fields of Organization Development, Talent Development, or Learning and Development.
- Proven track record in competency development and management within a multi-layer and multi-demographic organization.
- Strong analytical, result-oriented, process-driven, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team member.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work in a diverse environment and build good working relationships with business partners.
- Good report-writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in both oral and written Malay and English language.
