Job Responsibility - Design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of design principles, including typography, layout, colour theory, and visual art direction.
- The ability to generate original design ideas.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and multimedia design.
- Proficiency in software like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Understanding art direction and translating these to visual explanations.
- To create and plan yearly marketing plan, develop marketing strategies, and implement all marketing initiatives & campaigns which is in line with business objectives.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns (Google, Facebook/Instagram and Tiktok)
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
- Responsible for overall product and brand management in areas such as advertisement, promotions and distribution channels.
- Other ad-hoc duties
- Conduct market visits with Sales team (as and when necessary)
Job Requirements - 1-2+ years of professional experience in a graphic environment organization
- Design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of design principles, including typography, layout, colour theory, and visual art direction
- Diploma/Bachelorâs Degree in Art/Design/Multimedia/Visual Communication or equivalent
- Able to work independently within tight deadlines and can adapt well in a fast paced environment. Work overtime if needed.
- Good communication skills, discipline, hardworking, detail oriented, high dedication and care for the business
- Strong project management skills
