Job Description

Summary

Electro Rent is seeking a Marketing Specialist with the experience to accelerate growth in target markets with a strong focus on demand generation activities. 

This role will have a significant impact on the Marketing and Sales teams and a large influence on Electro Rent’s success. You will develop and support the end-to-end acquisition strategy to drive quality leads for our sales organization through thoughtful, optimized programs. You will collaborate with cross-function teams and must have the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enable commercial success of Electro Rent product and services in the Telecommunication and Semiconductor industry by leading the GTM plan to optimize marketing for business lines and solution(s).
• Execution of GTM mix (messaging/positioning, thought-leadership, demand generation assets and sales enablement).
• Identify, develop and launch market development programs and market penetration strategies resulting in the realization of new business. 
• Manage the execution of marketing programs that generate new and sustainable growth.
• Engage with Sales and Product teams to understand industry trends, technologies, equipment, key buying factors, and competitive moves. 
• Partner with other Marketing team to deliver complete market activation strategies, including execution of demand generation plans.
• Identify innovation opportunities to drive new value-creating growth programs.
• Make recommendations on potential demand generation initiatives in target markets.
• Manage projects and simultaneously collaborates with multiple stakeholders, balancing tactical and strategic issues while driving for results.
• Outline and meet key demand generation program milestones, initiating marketing programs to drive and progress the business.
• Develop and foster a collaborative with stakeholder, winning team culture with high morale.

Essential

• Any Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years’ related experience in Marketing.
• Creative thinker, strong ability to translate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and at levels of an organization.
• Strong project manager, well-organised, meticulous, hard-working, enthusiastic and with a positive can-do attitude.
• Exceptional external-facing communications, presentation skills, and self-confidence.
• Demonstrable experience launching commercially successful products or services.
• Expert user-level knowledge of automated marketing tools, including Salesforce.com, Pardot, Marketo, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
