Online Shop Administrator / Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview:
As an Online Shop Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online store. You will oversee various tasks, including product listing, order processing, customer service, and website maintenance. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our online shop.

Salary Range: RM 2,800 – RM 4,000
Position Request: Online Shop Administrator/ Digital Marketing Executive (Full Time)

Responsibilities: 
1.         Product Listing and Management:

• Upload new products to the online store, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engine visibility.
• Monitor inventory levels and update product availability as needed.

2.         Order Processing:

• Process online orders promptly and accurately using the e-commerce platform.
• Coordinate with warehouse or fulfillment center to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment.
• Handle order cancellations, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

3.         Customer Service:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via email, chat, or phone.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues related to orders, payments, and shipping.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and helpful support.

4.         Website Maintenance:

• Monitor website performance and functionality, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly shopping experience.
• Update website content, including product listings, promotions, and policies.
• Collaborate with the web development team to implement new features or improvements.

5.         Marketing and Promotions:

• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales events.
• Monitor online reviews and feedback, and incorporate customer insights into marketing strategies.
• Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

6.         Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain organized records of sales, orders, and customer interactions.
• Prepare reports on key performance metrics, such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management, forecasting, and procurement as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in e-commerce, online retail, or a related field.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Requirements:

• Individuals who are hardworking, matures and of pleasant personality are encouraged to apply.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Possessing own transport is an added advantage. 
• Willing to work at area Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.

• Morning (9am-6pm)/ (10am-7pm) Shift
