Product Design Specialist

Working closely with the team to assist in product designing related matters. You will gain regional exposure in this role as the business is growing aggressively.

Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

• Embark on a collaborative adventure with cross-functional teams, including visionary product managers, ingenious developers, and other creative minds. Together, we'll shape pioneering user interface designs.
• Unleash your creativity to fashion wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and mockups that eloquently convey your design vision.
• Lead the charge in developing and nurturing our comprehensive design system, ensuring a harmonious and consistent experience across all digital products.
• Embark on thrilling user research and usability testing expeditions to unearth insights and feedback, fueling our iterative design enhancements.
• Your design wizardry will conjure user interfaces that are both functional and visually enchanting, ensuring a user experience that's nothing short of exceptional.
• Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends and best practices, continually enhancing our design processes and deliverables.
• As a seasoned explorer, mentor and guide our up-and-coming designers, fostering a realm of collaboration and creativity.
• Champion the design and execution of mobile and web applications, ensuring that user-centered design principles steer the course.

Requirements:

• At least possess a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or any equivalent course.
• At least 4 years of working experience in relevant field is required.
• Proficient in reading and speaking English and Mandarin is a MUST as this role requires to liaise with Marketing and Design departments.
• Skilled in Design Tools : Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Knowledge of Front-end : Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Research Proficiency : Background in conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions.
• Accessibility Knowledge : Familiarity with designing for accessibility and inclusive design practices.
• An outstanding online portfolio is required.
