Product Executive (Marketing)

Job Descriptions:

• Plan, strategize and achieve product target on a monthly basis maximizing the marketing mix of 4Ps.
• To work closely with Marketing Manager and other respective parties for marketing plan and strategy towards products and marketing efforts to support company's overall strategy ad goals.
• Propose new idea on how to build up product Brand and new product development, analyze market potential, and propose positioning strategy.
• Conduct Product Training to salesforce and new sales recruits - both on and off-field training.
• Manage Company’s website, Facebook, Instagram, or other social media
• Design and propose promotion for events (online and offline)
• Any other relevant task assigned when the need arises.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 2 – 3 years experiences, preferably in FMCG industries.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Required skill(s): Interpersonal skills, Computer Literate
• Analytical, decisive and committed in achieving company preset objectives
• Develop and propose innovative ideas for company
• Dare to try new ideas at all times
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
