• Completed the procurement tasks assigned by the department according to the monthly procurement plan
• Ensures that procurement is carried out in compliance to the company policy and department’s standard operating procedures
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet quality, delivery and cost objectives
• Monitor stock levels, stock check and place orders as needed
• Maintain updated records of purchased products and delivery information
• Participate in the selection of suppliers based on a criterion
• Support the Manager in planning and executing procurement plan
• Carry out all necessary procurement activities.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments whenever necessary.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree or above;
• Familiar with procurement workflow and have market research ability;
• Familiar with relevant contract terms, able to make commercial tenders and contracts;
• Be able to control procurement costs, and constantly seek methods and measures to reduce costs;
• Work conscientiously and have a sense of responsibility.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and objectives
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure delivery of goods and services meet quality standards
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as operations, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, such as ethical sourcing and sustainability initiatives
