Job Description:

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. 2. Manage social media platforms, including creating engaging content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. 3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and effective marketing campaigns. 5. Analyze data to track the success of digital marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. 4 years of experience in digital marketing. 3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Resourceful and hardworking with a passion for digital marketing. 6. Experience with people management. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
