Digital Marketing Associate

Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a dedicated and independent Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising - Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and messaging - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Assist in the development of marketing collateral, such as landing pages, email templates, and social media posts - Support the overall marketing strategy and initiatives of the company

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
