Digital Marketing Associate - Work from home

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website - Help create and execute online marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and search engines - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and trends to identify new opportunities for growth - Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, including website analytics, social media engagement, and email open rates - Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create engaging content for digital channels - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the online space

Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality with a passion for digital marketing - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to understand and connect with our target audience - Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail - Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mailchimp - Ability to think strategically and contribute to the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns
