Digital Marketing Executive

As a Digital Marketing Executive for our affiliate marketing company, your role is pivotal in driving successful campaigns. You’ll lead digital strategies, optimize partner engagement, and analyze data for campaign enhancement. Crafting compelling content, collaborating with the marketing team and sharing insights with partners are key aspects. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, focusing on digital marketing strategies.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights, and conduct A/B testing to optimize digital marketing campaigns for maximum performance.
• Track the performance of digital marketing campaigns, provide detailed reports and derive actionable insights for future campaigns.
• Develop and implement a social media content strategy tailored for digital marketing and create engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters and blog posts.
• Share key learnings and best practices with affiliate partners and provide training sessions to improve campaign effectiveness and affiliate performance.
• Oversee the management and optimization of the company websites, engage with the affiliate community and handle customer responses and inquiries
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1-2 years of digital marketing in a digital agency or related field.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with paid digital platforms like Google, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter.

• Ability to provide digital marketing effectiveness reports and analysis.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking and ability to optimize performance campaigns.
• Excellent command of English with good copywriting skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
