Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Celcom Axiata Berhad is seeking a passionate and adaptable Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. 2. Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. 3. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and drive results. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts across all channels. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, constantly innovating and improving strategies. 6. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing. 3. Strong presentation and strategic planning skills. 4. Proven track record of successfully driving digital marketing campaigns. 5. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 7. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms. 8. Passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
