Remote Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Remote Marketing Associate at IHH Healthcare Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for assisting with various marketing initiatives to promote our healthcare services to a wider audience.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new patients - Manage social media channels and create engaging content to drive traffic and engagement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials and campaigns - Analyze marketing data and metrics to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure marketing efforts are effective and innovative - Support the Marketing Manager in day-to-day tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or related field - Strong leadership and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Experience with healthcare marketing is a plus
