Online Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

As the Online Marketing Assistant at Eco World Development Group Berhad, located in George Town, Penang, MY, you will play a crucial role in supporting the online marketing team in various marketing initiatives for the company. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing online marketing strategies to promote company products and services - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness - Monitor and analyze online marketing performance metrics to identify areas of improvement - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute online marketing campaigns - Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' strategies - Assist in creating and optimizing online advertisements and promotions - Support in organizing and promoting virtual events and webinars - Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of online marketing efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in online marketing or digital marketing - Familiarity with social media platforms, digital advertising, and SEO best practices - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Reliable and resilient with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent time management and organizational skills
