Online Marketing Associate

Job Description:

As an Online Marketing Associate at MR DIY Group, you will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales for our e-commerce platform. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging digital content, manage online advertising campaigns, and analyze data to optimize performance.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales - Create engaging digital content for social media, email marketing, and other online channels - Manage online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize campaign performance - Collaborate with the marketing team to align online marketing efforts with overall brand strategy - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online marketing

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in online marketing or a related field - Passionate about digital marketing and motivated to drive results - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other online marketing tools is a plus
