Job Description

THE ROLE

•  He/She will be reporting to the Director based in Singapore, the Sales Director will take prime responsibility for developing new business and generating sales to ensure agency’s growth, profitability, prosperity and sustainability as well as increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
• This role is for a seasoned and qualified professional with leadership skills in business development, organizational development, strategic planning and change management. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage the newly set up of media rep & agency operations, account servicing team & profit & loss.
•  Achieve budgeted financial goals and grow the sales revenue share.
•  Manage and develop a high performance team, maintaining a positive and proactive working environment that encourages efficient team working.
• Train, manage, and motivate sales team including account servicing & media planning team.
•  Manage and maintain good relations with media owner and agency relations.
• Manage and control sales revenue by developing strong relationships with agencies & direct clients.
• Lead agency pitches to prospective regional & local clients and grow agency top line revenue.
• Prepare in-depth, strategic, metrics based proposals.
• Develop and articulate in-depth, strategic integrated marketing programs.
• Meticulously execute and manage every communication element of advertising and marketing.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in social studies OR business management.
• Must have a minimum of 8+ years' senior management experience and a thorough knowledge of strategy, media and creative development.
• Strategic mind-set, strong leadership, motivational, with good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Exposure to regulatory requirements would be an added advantage.
• Experience in client servicing & media agency.
• Extensive experience writing high-level strategic proposals, marketing communications plans and the ability to sell those plans through.
• Ability to work independently in a team environment, and possessing strong analytical, organizational, supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel in ASEAN market.
• Ideally aged 35-40 with a professional appearance and highly respected.
