Senior Digital Marketing Executive

• Responsible for promoting company's products using digital technologies.
• Responsible to set up, implement and manage the online marketing and social media channels.
• Proficient in content creation, strategy, Google Analytics, email marketing, and paid social advertising.
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, ranking, etc.).
• Manage the company websites and e-commerce platforms.
• Reply inquiries and sustain relationship and positive engagement with our online community.
• Plan and deliver sales pitches to potential customers to persuade them to purchase the company's products.
• To support customer service, email and live chat.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communication or its equivalent in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience and passionate about all aspect of digital marketing.
• Proficient with Facebook, Instagram and other top social channels.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva and others design tools.
• Experience in graphic design and copy writing are added advantage.
• Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to work within deadlines and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Possess positive attitude with good business sense and communication skills.
