Senior HR Executive | Bangsar | Job Industry: Media / Publishing / Printing | Location: Bangsar | Basic: RM 3500 RM4500+++ | Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

An International Marketing Technology company from China focusing on various marketing technology platforms to assist various businesses go global.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for recruitment tasks (resume screening, interview scheduling).
• Managing employee onboarding processes, including the maintenance of employee records.
• Office environment management, ensuring cleanliness in both personal and common areas.
• Organizing office supplies and reporting the requirements for office essentials.
• Keeping records of office supplies and fixed assets.
• Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of utilities such as water, electricity, and the network.
• Attendance management, which includes maintaining records of employee leave, annual leave usage, verifying employee attendance (clock-in records), and reminding employees to make up for missed punches, among other tasks.
• Planning team-building activities.

Qualifications:

• Basic Malaysia speaking, Mandarin speaker is added advantage.
• Strong communication and execution skills, excellent copywriting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

-  Working Location: MENARA UOA BANGSAR

-  Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 10am - 7pm
