Social Media Content Specialist

• Be a driving force in creative brainstorms by proactively coming up with ideas that are outstanding, clever, exciting and fresh
• Develop social media content strategy and monthly plan for brands
• Write, edit and/or publish social media posts (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Monitor and optimize social media content (language, message, tone) based on performance
• Track and report on social media insights (e.g. traffic, engagement, conversion rates, shares etc.)
• Collaborate with internal teams – content writers, designers and performance marketers
• Liaise with client on a regular basis, providing them with recommendations
• Provide ideas for pitches, brainstorm sessions and proposals
• Conduct research on competitors, trends and audiences. Keep up with the latest trends and best practices
• Assist with copywriting duties
• Coach others to improve their quality of work
• Review and propose ways to improve the existing operational processes

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field. Agency work experience is an added advantage.
