Job Description

Responsibilities: 

• Promote products, services and content over social media, while adhering to the organization’s brands and regulations
• Create and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other relevant social media platforms
• Schedule and establish social media posts accordingly
• Interacting with customers and dealing with customers' inquiries
• Develop new social media strategies and campaigns
• Create shareable content appropriate for specific platforms to drive traffic and customer engagement
• Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences
• Manage a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
• Run regular social promotions and campaigns
• Keep track of data and analyze the performance of social media campaigns

Requirement:

• Diploma or equivalent in marketing or any related field
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
• Familiar with financial planning and strategy
• Social media and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and creative
• Excellent communication skills

Summary of role requirements:

• Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays
