Sosial Media Manager

Social Media Manager Responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. Manage company image in a cohesive way to achieve marketing goals. Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Conceptualize, produce, and edit engaging video, image & article contents tailored to each social media platform and websites. Ensuring it aligns with the company's objectives.
• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule and post updates, respond to comments, and engage with followers to build our online community.
• Direct Marketing: Assist in designing and executing email and text messages campaigns, segmenting contact lists, and analysing campaign performance.
• Website Maintenance: Work closely with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized and updated.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance of contents, ad campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they align with set objectives.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data from digital content & ads campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on our marketing activities for the Digital Marketing Manager's review

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1 years of experience in a digital content creator role.
• Proficiency in video editing & graphic design tools is a must (Adobe Premier, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Capcut…)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM & Email Marketing
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
