• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to precisely identify staffing needs, ensuring we attract the best and brightest.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from manpower requisition to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Harness the power of social media to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates, expanding our talent network.
• Innovate and expand our sourcing strategies globally, keeping us ahead in a competitive talent market.
• Lead and participate in recruitment events, including campus and career fairs, to promote our brand and opportunities.
• Drive initiatives in employee engagement and employer branding, contributing to a vibrant workplace culture.
• Support the Talent and Culture team with additional HR-related tasks as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
• At least 2 years of Talent Acquisition with experience in the full recruitment life cycle.
• Experience in recruiting for Technology and Marketing roles is preferred.
• An excellent communicator with a friendly and approachable manner, capable of building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
• A master multitasker, and adept at prioritizing tasks in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficient in English and well-versed in the Google suite.
• An independent worker who thrives in a team setting, bringing creative solutions and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Possess positive attitude and resilience are contagious, embodying a 'can do' spirit.
