Technical Sales Representative

About the role: We're looking for a driven individual to join our New Product Business Development team! This is an entry level position and a great opportunity to get a head start into technology sales. Responsibilities:

• Reach out to new potential customers via email and social media.
• Be on the front line for incoming sales requests via phone, chat or email
• Assist with inbound lead qualification and custom engagement of leads
• Support the sales teams by facilitating technical discussions, running product demonstrations and collecting product feedback to assist our RandD and product development.
• Support marketing campaigns to existing clients and established lead base
• Identify new leads for outbound account based marketing efforts
• Research and reach out to potential integration, content, installation and manufacturing partners
• Engage ELID's sales network with unique and creative campaigns

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree required
• Interest in the technical and engineering aspects of security hardware and software products.
• You're interested in getting to know the ins and outs of Business Development and set the foundations for a successful career in sales
• You're energetic, highly ambitious, organized and you have a strong desire to learn
• You've always been entrepreneurial and passionate about the tech industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills ( fluency in multiple languages would be a plus )
• Eligible to work in Malaysia
• Have your own transport
• Fresh graduate OR 1 - 2 years experience in engineering, sales/business development/marketing
