Task and Responsibilities Accounting Responsibilities : -Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software or spreadsheets. Record transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements. -Managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing. -Reconciling bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy and consistency. -Coordinating with banks, auditors and tax agent etc. during financial audits and providing necessary documentation and support. -Monitoring cash flow and ensuring sufficient funds for operational needs handle petty cash and claims. Administrative Responsibilities : -Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient working environment. -Provide administrative assistance to various departments or teams within the organization.
