We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin Executive/Associate to join our team. The Admin Executive/Associate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.Primary Responsibilities:-Responsible on day-to-day administrative activities of the office and assisting with office housekeeping and coordination of office maintenance and repairs.-Manage office equipment and ensure their proper functioning.-Monitor office supplies (pantry and stationery) inventory and place orders as needed.-Engaging external contractors for the improvement or maintenance of office fixtures and fittings.-Liaising with office building management on the office or building related stuff.-Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements for Senior Management and other employees, as assigned by Senior Management.-Maintain and update office records, files, and databases. Obtain signatories of Directors, shareholders, and relevant stakeholders, when necessary.-Arrange courier or runner for document and/or parcel deliveries.-Preparation of food and coffee for meeting.-Coordinate the arrangement for company weekly, monthly, quarterly activities.  -Assisting Finance team with basic accounting and finance task such as but not limited to bank account opening and related paperwork.-Any other ad-hoc admin tasks as instructed by Management/Head of Department.-Assisting the management with related administrative and general requirements of the business as and when required. Requirements:-Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin/Human Resource/Accounting/Finance or any related discipline-Relevant experience in Admin and/or HR roles would be appreciated -Exceptional communication, interpersonal and networking skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business relationship-Candidate must be innovative, confident, accountable, committed and have a strong sense of self-initiative for overall process improvement -Ability to perform at a high level without significant supervision and with attention to detail-Ability to be a team player and act professionally and ethically
