• Product Knowledge:Develop a deep understanding of the technical specifications,manufacturing processes, applications and mechanical strengths ofGRP pipes and the Company’s other products and their comparison tocompeting materials and brands. Stay updated on industry standardsand advancements in GRPtechnology.
• Client Acquisition:Identify and target potential clients in industries such as waterand wastewater, oil and gas, chemical processing, andinfrastructure development to generate new businessopportunities.
• Consultative Selling:Engage with clients to understand their project requirements andrecommend suitable GRP pipe or other company solutions. Providetechnical expertise and support throughout the salesprocess.
• Proposal Development:Prepare detailed and customized proposals, including technicalspecifications, pricing, and delivery schedules. Collaborate withinternal technical teams to ensure alignment with clientneeds.
• RelationshipBuilding: Build and nurture strong relationships with keydecision-makers, engineers, and project managers in clientorganizations and within engineering consulting companies. Positionthe company as a trusted partner for GRP pipe solutions.
• Market Analysis:Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitorstrategies, and potential areas for growth. Provide insights tosupport strategic decision-making and marketinginitiatives.
• Marketing support:Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferencesand other marketingevents.
• Training andEducation: Organize and help conduct product training sessions forclients, distributors, and internal sales teams. Stay informedabout the latest developments in GRP pipe technology and shareknowledge with relevantstakeholders.
• Sales Presentations:Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlightthe benefits and advantages of GRP pipes in various applications.Address technical inquiries and concernseffectively.
• Sales Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customerinteractions, and project status. Generate reports to track salesperformance and contribute to the continuous improvement of salesstrategies.
• Customer Support:Provide post-sales support, including technical assistance,troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams forsuccessful project implementation. Ensure high levels of customersatisfaction.
