About Us  Introducing BID Operations, your trusted partner in providing comprehensive technology, corporate function solution, accounting & operations, and risk & compliance services to support our customer business growth!   Our relentless focus on streamlining and simplifying processes ensures we meet our client's needs with exceptional efficiency.   We are driven by a vision to create a financial ecosystem that delivers a superior trading experience for every participant worldwide.   At BID Operations, we believe remarkable talent, enthusiasm, and creative thinking add up to splendid work.     About the Opportunity  We are looking for someone with proven experience in Email Marketing plus excellent creative writing skills to be our Digital Marketing Coordinator.   As a member of the Digital team, you will develop content for direct email marketing campaigns, working closely with your team members to brainstorm ideas, articulate messaging, and ensure the timely and successful implementation of marketing initiatives.  Your innovative ideas and deep understanding of customer engagement will be instrumental in promoting our brand, delivering valuable updates to our customers, and ensuring strong customer relationships.  If you are passionate about email marketing and have a proven record of accomplishment, we invite you to join our team and contribute to our company’s continued growth and success.       Responsibilities  Develop and execute email marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including lead generation, customer retention, and revenue growth.  Create compelling email content, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated drip campaigns, that resonate with our target audience.  Optimize email campaigns for deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.  Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email copy, and design elements to continually improve campaign performance.  Enhance email and advertisement templates by incorporating visually appealing graphics, personalized elements, and innovative features.  Review content meticulously to ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy, and proper spelling.  Maintain timely and precise communication with clients through email to minimize unsubscribe rates.  Monitor and analyse digital campaigns and initiatives metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.  Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and recent technologies in email marketing.  Ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to best practices when crafting email communications.     Requirements At least 2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.  Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive email content.  Hands on experience with advertisement and content management systems, like Salesforce will be a plus.  Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.   Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools will be preferable.  Preferably analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.  Bilingual proficient in English and Mandarin.  Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.  Benefits Rewarding career development with regional exposures.
