Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all marketing/brandingplatforms including company website and social media accounts.Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies aimedat reaching target markets, increasing brand visibility, and anyother business objectives.
• Produce engagingcontent and copywriting, optimise content scheduling, and maximiseaudience engagement for social mediaaccounts.
• Design and maintain the companywebsite incorporating brand identity, interactive features, andcreative storytelling about us.
• Producecomprehensive property sales kits, conduct market research andanalysis, and facilitate in the closing of propertysales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design,or any related field
• Computer literate and wellversed in Microsoft Office & AdobePhotoshop
• Stay updated with the latest digitalmarketing trends at various platform and techniques to ensurestrategies remain relevant andeffective.
• Experienced candidates / Freshgraduates are encouraged to apply.
